If I could put less than one star I would. My husband and I had an awful experience with this Perth's. I dropped off two custom suits, 5 shirts, and a couple other items on a Friday and asked that it be rushed for Monday. Went to pick the items up Tuesday and was told they were lost. They suggested we might have to buy new clothes as my husband needed them for his business trip the next day. They said they would not reimburse this cost but only give cleaning credit. Like we'd want to go back after they lost the clothes! Had to call 3 times over the next day and a half until they were finally located UNCLEANED at their warehouse. We had to then go pick them up from the warehouse ourselves. Ridiculous.
