Been in the store twice and needed help ordering parts over the phone. Jeff and Lindsay were both super helpful and friendly. Lindsay took the time to help find a helmet that fit and answered all my questions and Jeff was more than willing to share his bike knowledge. Recently had a part sent to me in the mail and found a hand written letter thanking me for my order and a couple packages of rockets candies. Nice touch… Cheers

I ordered some parts online. Got the stuff very quickly, and in the box with some stickers and stuff was a handwritten note saying thank you for ordering through them and that they wanted pictures of my build. I was caught off guard that they would take the time to write a note. I'll be ordering all my parts through them from this point, the price was fair and dealing with them was slick. I had a real hard time finding proper riding pants for big girls but we ride too! Lindz helped me so much and she found me a pair of Gogo Gear Kevlar leggings. She helped with sizing, I ordered them and they arrived promptly and fit absolutely perfect. She included a swag bag with a hand written note, excellent personal touch. I was extremely pleased with customer service and my product purchased. If I could give more stars I would!
Ordered parts from Perth and had them shipped to my door within days. Great store with a good selection of specific custom parts. I ordered some TJ Brutal parts for my VLX600 build.
Can't say enough good things about the folks at Perth County Moto! Every experience I've had shopping with them has been perfect -- they are super friendly, very knowledgeable, they stock an excellently curated selection of items and most recently even helped me with a special order. Lindz when above and beyond, answered all my questions and gave me updates along the way. They even sent me off on my cross Canada trip with a cozy long sleeve shirt. I wish I lived closer to shop in person, but they make online shopping pretty painless, so I'll be a customer for life.
I had purchased multiple things on Perth county moto’s website and have always been pleased with the fast arrival of my parts. My friend and I decided to make a trip to the shop we live over an hour away and we were not disappointed. Jeff answered our thousands of questions and always had a smile on his face. If you ever need motorcycle parts or gear I would highly recommend this shop.
