The Personal Computer Museum is a one of a kind place. Curator Syd Bolton has collect a massive collection of computers from all the way back to the very begining of their history. The museum is also home to of one of the largest private video game collection in the world l. Syd does regular tours of his video game collection during museum open houses. Museum open houses are an amazing experience. All of the computers on display are setup with interactive with. Each open house has a specific team and the interactive display changes to match these themes. The open houses make great family outings kids can learn a lot while having a to of fun. The PC museum also hosts day camps and is available to rent for parties and other special occasions. Monday evenings the museum is open for donation and general e waste collection. You can bring any thing electronic or computer related including old book and software. Any thing museum worthy is refurbished by volunteers and added to the collection or recycled with proceeds going to support the museum. For any one looking for that nostalgic feel or just looking to unload some old electronics the museum is a must visit.

If you can go see it, GO SEE IT. lots of interactive stuff to see. Sid (owner, collector) is super passionate and quickly dive right in with interesting tidbits about anything you see. For the (respectful) kids there are a ton of videogames, from vector based games and pong to Xbox and PlayStation, they can see the history of games and computers. Just a really cool experience. I'm bringing my family back for Harry Potter day in November.
