Excellent customer service. Great place to get meat processed.

So excited for prime rib. Cooked exactly as directions specified RAW not rare or medium rare. When I called to tell them the lady said, "what do you want me to do about it, you cooked it". Terrible customer service and a huge waste of money! Will never buy again!

Great place to get a deer processed and their ribeyes are yummy! Was a little disappointed with their venison jerky. Seemed too processed
