Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Most poorly managed Perkins I have ever been to. Be sure to open your schedule if you plan to eat here. Staff is also irritable and unfriendly with the seating area at 50% occupancy. This place needs some serious help!!!! Update: it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from walking in the door to receive our food at our table. Food was all cold and the chicken had a sour taste. One from our group got the everything skillet which literally had gravel in it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

We arrived at the restaurant late on a Sunday night and it was very busy and only one wait staff on duty. She did her best to be very accommodating under the circumstances. Food was good and prices ok.

Firstly, host seated us and it took around 10 minutes for our waiter to ask if we'd been helped. I got the everything skillet. It seemed like they were scarce on ingredients. Seriously, barely anything. The potato was pretty much a baked potato that was half cut up and half smashed. It was not browned at all. As I described it, as if someone took a flavor injector but reversed it to extract the flavor. It was FLAVORLESS! I thought, thankfully I got the pancakes. Couldn't eat them. They were way too salty! My sister got the everything omlet. There was NOTHING in her omlet. It was flat. We finally got tired of waiting for the waiter to return so we walked up to the counter to pay. I think it took us over an hour from entering to exiting the building. That was enough. They asked us how everything was. I couldn't open my mouth. Totaly dissaponted with the entire experience. I won't be back to this establishment.

Great selection on the menu, this guy in the photo has a full stomach, you can tell it on his face. He left as a happy camper!

Got the new homestyle seasoned potatoes and they came out dry and with no seasoning at all! Not even salt or pepper.
