I went into your Limeridge Mall location to look into purchasing a few items for a gift. I was approached by one of your saleswoman by the name of Paula K. She was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and guided me into picking out the perfect gift. I did not feel pressured or rushed at anytime by her and by the end of my visit she made me feel more like a family member then a customer. Your company should be very proud and grateful to have someone like her working for them. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.
My experience at peoples jewellers at Limeridge mall was outstanding I was politely helped by Paula who was an amazing help, making me feel comfortable and in good professional hands I had tried on a few rings with Paula’s help she helped me pick out rings that fit my desire. It was a very enjoyable experience I would highly recommend asking for Paula the next time your there to help and guide you she was funny outgoing kind and extremely helpful you can tell she has care in what she does. 10/10 experience with Paula!
HORRIBLE! my fiancé was sold a ring from here. It is the worst quality diamond. And they charged him way too much. I cannot believe anyone tried to convince him to buy that. He proposed 2 months after he bought it and they won’t let him return it. So embarrassing. I don’t know what to do with it. He ended up getting a beautiful ring from Spence Diamonds! Now that ring was beautiful.
I am a great believer in sharing and commending someone who goes above and beyond in retail. It is a tough job, especially during this time of year. Sandra at the Limeridge location deserves this recognition. Our experience was excellent
Went into peoples to buy a birthday present for my best friend. When I said I wanted a gift under $100.00 the sales lady told me they didn’t have anything. I would have to buy a chain and charm but would still be over the $100. So I left and got exactly what I wanted and was still under $100 at another store in the mall. I’m sorry I didn’t get the the sale lady name. So I’m not going to back.
Visited People’s to purchase our wedding rings. Victoria was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend working with her. We’re so happy!
Went into to get my jewelry checked at Limeridge Mall. I had 9 pieces done. I was greeted by Naureen. She was very friendly and was not upset that I had so many pieces to be checked. Everything was checked and was cleaned really well. She didn't rush through my items to get them done. Eastgate Square when you go in with many pieces frown upon you when you go in. They do not like to do so many pieces at one time. I think I have found my new place to go. Thanks Naureen at Limeridge Mall.

I went in a couple weeks ago to look at and potentially which I did, buy a family necklace for myself. The service was medicore was the manager that helped me. I went this morning to pick it up it's gorgeous, the sales lady that I dealt with today was rude!!! I was so excited and she couldn't have been less friendly. Makes me regret purchasing from this location. Will not be back
