Yolanda is the only piercer I will ever trust to do my piercings. She is so talented, really has an eye for locations of piercings, and is very knowledgeable on healing and aftercare. I felt very comfortable, safe and well taken care of the entire time. She answered all of my questions and gave very good insight. I am so happy with my piercings. The entire staff at Cottage 13 is lovely and I really enjoyed chatting them up before and after the appointment. They have many different jewellery options, so for someone like me, who has sensitive skin, this was great to have choice. I am a student, so I am on a budget, but next time I go in, I will most definitely be tipping extra high. 100% would recommend Cottage 13 for piercings!Services: Ear piercing

Some mixed feelings about this place. The piercing itself was very clean and well-done. While I wouldn’t describe the service as laid-back or relaxed, it was friendly enough and definitely professional. I thought I was going to have to get my cartilage re-pierced but it turns out the hole was still there, which was fantastic! I was disappointed that no one else was allowed in the room - as me and a friend were coming in together to get our ears pierced. It was the friends first piercing and I had hoped we could share the experience together. They indicated the room was too small but when I was in there it seemed big enough for one extra person at least. I was also surprised at the price of the earrings themselves - which are not advertised. The cheapest simple gold stud was $200+ for a pair of them. I understand this is because all of the jewellery available is hand-crafted, but I would have appreciated it if there was a plain, non hand-crafted option available. No problem at all with the service fees they charge, and the jewellery selection is nice - the prices were just surprising compared to any other studio I’ve been to even recently since gold has gone up in price. So all around a great place to get a piercing professionally done if you’re willing to pay for it, but maybe not a friend-activity, chill-vibes type of place if that’s what you’re looking for.

Been sitting on a tattoo idea for over 6 years and finally decided to do it! Andrew, the artist and owner, was friendly and very good. Chatted the whole time and kept me engaged. He also guaranteed his work and I got a slight touch-up 7 weeks later. Great atmosphere, clean space, friendly staff. My friend got a piercing here a few weeks before me and also spoke highly of that service!

When my 13 year old asked if she could expand off of her traditional earlobe piercing I wanted to find a place that would provide her with a comfortable & educational experience to set her up for any additional expressive body art that she may want to do throughout her life. Alicia took so much time & care with our 13 year old during her upper lob ear piercing. She really appreciated the step by step info during the procedure, it eased any anxiousness she was feeling, and the post care conversation prior to the procedure was really informative. This is standard service, I didn’t share my goals when I booked the appointment and they knocked it out of the park! The selection of jewelry was was well ranged in pricing and absolutely stunning, love the flat backs too. Thank you for the amazing experience Yolanda & Alicia

Great stumper service , very clean, made pretty last minute appointment but was still able to get full service, Andrew was so nice and comforting during the whole experience. They had colour selection as well. Very clean tattoos!

Great staff and very clean and sterile shop. Owner yolanda spent the time to assist me on choosing the right jewelry my lip piercing. She went over all precautions and after care in detail. Great personality and will definitely be going back when time comes to switch to a smaller ring when healed.

I've had various piercings with both Yolanda and Alicia, though most of my experiences have been with Alicia. Both women are wonderful. Alicia is great at finding alternatives to get the look you want, even if your anatomy doesn't suit your original idea and is always good at guiding you towards the best choice for your body, budget, and taste. Did my nose piercing from there and i should say they are very professional and they know what they are doing. Alicia did a wonderful job with my piercing. How they do things is so much different from other places which shows their professionalism. Definitely going there for the next one. Highly recommend.

came here in an emergency situation where I needed my piercing out ASAP. They let me come in 10 minutes before close with no appointment, took it out completely painlessly, and didn’t even want to take my money. they were extremely kind about it. The service was professional and very clean and fast. thank you again, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
