I got engaged about 9 months ago. As much as I love my ring I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. When I took it in to get sized I was told it'll be 2-3 weeks. That went by so I called , they told me it was back in but they had to send it away again because the diamonds on the band were loose. It took about 6 weeks total to get my ring back. It gets sent to Toronto to save a few bucks, which clearly shows in the quality. I had to send it back 3 weeks ago because the diamonds were loose again. Was told another 2-3 weeks. Today has been 3 weeks. I just called to check where it is and was told it'll be another 2 weeks. This is super irritating seeing a friend took hers in to another company for the same issue and got it back a day later. I will not be purchasing my wedding band from people's.

Always help full and happy there like family that work there. If Kelly in go it her she really nice and knows what she talking about she will make sure you get what you needed and that your happy about it to.

A friend and I recieved excellent customer service. Lana answered any questions we had and more! Some of the information & advice she offered up were ideal and would never have crossed our minds at the time was much appreciated. Lana's colleague Kersti took care of everything with my friend and any issues we may have had. We both walked away happy and confident in our purchases and with a little knowledge gained too. Even needing an adjustment to my friend's purchase there were no complications and no problem changing things up. Definetly a reputable place to shop. Check it out!

One of the stones fell out of my ring that would've cost more to repair than the original ring actually cost. I was devestated that this happened because not only is my ring very special to me, but it would've cost a lot to repair. The manager at the Mic Mac Mall location went above and beyond to help me and the stone is now replaced and looks even more beautiful than when I first got it. I'm so thankful for the work they've done and most importantly, for being kind and compassionate. It's rare to experience customer service this incredible.

Had a horrible experience today. Went in looking for a ring and the guy dismissed me because I didn't want to spend over my budget (I am a student) couldn't believe how rude and stuck up the employees were! I walked right out after he rolled his eyes in response to my rejecting a $900 ring. Got my ring at another store in the mall instead.
