Hazel - this is the customer service rep, you need to be aware of in this people's jeweller's store in Sunridge mall. Customer Service is nil. You don't give an excuse, like your system got upgraded and that's why you cannot find the customer's information. You need to learn not to shout at customers. You need to learn how to make bridges with customers, not burn them. I hope the senior management takes note and teach them some customer service skills. This is not how you make sales. This is how you decrease your sales.

Bought Bulova automatic watch 1/8/18 Assoc#1039970. Was told the watch was made of Graphene so its light and very durable. Now, 2 weeks later it's showing wear on the bracelet. Just found out it's ion-plated stainless steel. Got it on sale for $596.25 but I would of got the stainless Bulova if I only knew. It was also apprx $200 dollars cheaper!

Purchased jewelry here for my nieces 3rd birthday. Begum was my rep and she was amazing! She was very helpful and provided great service. She helped me pick out the perfect set of earrings for my niece! I'd recommend anyone interested, see Begum!

I needed my Movado watch serviced as the strap is starting to peel. In my warranty booklet as well as online, it lists People's as a location I can go to for this. The sales rep that I talked to didn't seem to know anything about anything and told me they couldn't service my watch. I guess if they're not getting a sale, customers aren't worth their effort? Don't go here for jewellery.
