Nicole was very pleasant and helpful. From our perspective,  People's Jewelers had the best selection of all the jewelry stores. And Nicole cleaned our jewelry while we shopped.  And yes, we did purchase a ring and earrings.

Worst customer service. Submitted a ring for repair under a diamond warranty and 4 months later the store closed without warning and nobody can locate my ring. Hours and hours spent trying to finding  someone to track it down and blatantly lied to regarding its whereabouts. Never deal with these people if you value your jewellery.

Anneris was not pleasant to deal with, would roll her eyes when we asked questions! We were buying wedding rings and she gave us very terrible customer service.

Love People's. The staff are all friendly and great help. They have a wonderful selection and great deals all the time. They are also wonderful at fixing things.
