Such an awesome shopping experience. Brandi helped me pick the perfect ring for my fiance, her customer service was flawless, and she was so pleasant and friendly to deal with. They don't work by commission, so there was no pressure to buy higher priced pieces, and zero judgement about considering lower price points. I wish I could remember the names of the other two women that worked there that day so I could mention them in this review because they were just as friendly and helpful. They are all about the customer there and it completely shows, I will be recommending them to anybody that I can moving forwards. Thank you so much Brandi and the team at Michael Hill Pine Centre
Excellent customer service! Kevin and Morgan were the best team! So diligent and just lovely to work with. They jumped through all the hoops to help get my fiancé my dream engagement ring. They really both went above and beyond and I’d recommend them to anyone shopping for any piece of jewelry.

The service here is done of the best I've experienced. The only jeweller in town that I go to now.
Took my wife's brand new wedding/engagement rings Not resized. Less than two months old. Engagement ring only worn for about 3 weeks here to have them welded together. A full week after leaving them there, wife picks them up and finds a stone missing. Another week went by without any updates. My wife called in to see what the deal was and the next day a man calls to say that several stones came out in the cleaning machine and each time he put one back, more came out. After telling me he was BILLING ME for his time I requested he leave it alone and I'd take them back. Wife picks the rings up, welded. A stone is missing altogether. Not anywhere in a little baggie or anything and three others have ugly, after-the-fact, claws welded to the ring over top of them. I assume to keep them in as well. So, I'm left paying $300 to send them back to the foundry to be completely rebuilt. The ONLY reason I gave Michaels's that second star is because, to be entirely fair, we didn't buy the rings at their store.

Bought a gold chain necklace here, from the assistant manager very helpful and gave me a awesome deal. Will definitely return.
Top notch service. They made a custom wedding ring that fit into my wife's engagement ring. It looked amazing and the price was reasonable.
