Would highly recommend to anyone who needs body work done on their car.  I have had to take mine in a couple of times due to someone backing into me and a run in with a deer.  Each time they had amazing customer service and the work was done quickly and looks great!  Thanks again for all your help!!

Very unhappy with my experience at Penticton Collison my husband had an accident in my car last Sept, he rear ended. The car just hasn't been the same since , I had some concerning issues after wards a/c not working squeaking in my wheels and my bumper was flapping on the hwy. I came back to the shop to address my issues and was brushed off saying I must have hit a curb and needed to make another claim! which is ridiculous because I hadn't. I also did not have proper precautions addressed, structure of my car and allinement which I believe to be a safety issue. They went ahead on work before discussing with me as well.  So unhappy I wish I'd have waited and gone to boyd!!! Save yourself a world of trouble please!

In 2010 a deer hit my brand new  outback Subaru  and caused more than $3000. I was from Seattle.  This family business  was incredible!! I can't  say enough good about them. They were amazing  and my car looked like new again!
