For the love of God, never ever depend on the FCU VISA debit card while traveling internationally, no matter how they reassure you it will work.

And be prepared for 20+ times a year you can't access your account because their website and/or ATMs are down.

They are great for the online billpay, you just can't rely on them at all for your primary account.
