Ok I had to wait to comment so I could calm myself first.I have the patience of a saint when dealing with a new employee but today I just had enough!I went to the West Side branch at 9am to do an easy transaction which was to put money on one of your prepaid mastercards.I was there till 9:25.Now I wasnt so mad at the new teller as I was with all the other employees there that did know what to do but offered no assistance.Now this wasnt a one time deal.It also happened back in June when I first got the card.And furthermore its a constant waiting at the drivethru eveytime I stop there.Thats all I wanted to say.Thank You for letting me vent.

Closed my account due to not having the monthly debit card charge available and would not let me resolve​ the issue to keep my account other than that the workers are usually very pleasant
