Peninsula Credit Union

I've been banking here for over 20 years. I've always received excellent customer service and have always had any problems resolved quickly, professionally and with a great deal of courtesy. This is a very good place to have a bank account, I recommend Peninsula Federal Credit Union to anybody that would prefer a secure account.

WARNING TO ALL PENINSULA CREDIT UNION MEMBERS!!! Found keys to safe deposit boxes at this branch. Individual answering phone not at all interested in finding the owner. She even denied that the bank had ever been named what was stated on the identification tag that had their address and phone number. Obviously this credit union not too interested in helping their members. Would have given no stars if that would register as a review.

Definitely not a place to go to get change for bus fare if you aren't a member. I later had a bad experience with my branch bank and wanted to move my money to a credit union but decided this wasn't the place, I went elsewhere.

If you LOVE the inconvenience of a small bank, with all the bureaucracy of a big bank, then this is THE place for you! I have several loans and checking here...will transition out asap....
