Felt so unwelcomed. Doctor told me he didn’t have time to hear about what my injury was, made me feel unimportant and basically rushed me out. I Called and made an appointment for work safe injury and basically told me he couldn’t help me, said “well what do you want me to do?”, felt accusatory when asking me questions, and felt like he blamed me for not telling the receptionist what my injury was when she’s didn’t ask what my injury was whenever I made the appointment. Horrible and. Upsetting experience to the point where I was in tears. Waste a lot of my time. So disappointing. I had only had good experiences at this clinic which is why i went there but because of this I won’t be returning.
Zero Stars. I made an appointment 24 hrs in advance the only clinic that had space from the 7 others I phoned which should tell you something and reception was friendly. I went in to have my throat checked for Strep as it was the worst sore throat I’ve ever had in my life. Once in the room, the doctor came in eyes on the chart and didn’t look at me ONCE. He was only in the room 15 seconds to confirm my name. He said “So you’re here for a sore throat?” I said “yes it’s the worst one I’ve ever had and I want to make sure it’s not strep” he said “It’s not strep. You have a cold go get Advil Cold and Flu and take 3 times a day” and he walked out. No swab to confirm. No visual look at throat. He’s just a f!king psychic I guess.
I had a telephone appointment at 11:30; noone called me and i waited until 12:30, nothing happened. I called two time and left messages. Eventually doctor called me at 2:15 pm. Then dr told me that he will sent the prescription to the pharmacy immediately. It dud not happened. I had to call again @4:30 pm and then they sent it out. Very unorganized clinic.
Doctor Bugeja does not care at all for pregnant women. I reported pregnancy problems and severe back pain at week 4 and 5. All he did was saying that it is not a problem! I asked several times for ultrasound and for referral to maternity clinic and he refused every time!!! Week 8 I finally rushed into North Vancouver emergency room and was told that ultrasound would have predicted the problems!!! I miscarried for 5 extremely painful days and went to hospital twice for that in week 9 of my pregnancy. Never trust Dr. Bugeja.
The receptionist has a very rude tone that makes you feel like she's not interested in the conversation/ or just not listening at all. Very unfriendly. The doctor wouldn't even listen to what I had to say just kept speaking over me. Needs to do alot better.
This is the best walk in clinic on the north shore! Been coming here for over 10 years, So convenient with on line booking and all the docs here are super professional and informative, I took all My family members here even more than seeing my family docs. they are caring and better than other walk in clinics! I higher recommend to everyone!
The receptionist was very friendly, but when I got there I was told they weren’t seeing any more walkins for the day. I understand one of the doctors canceled, and that is not under their control, but they were posters up everywhere about how they reduced wait times and they’re open late. I was mildly disappointed but the receptionist said he’d ask the doctor if he could see me. All good I thought. I heard the receptionist in the hallway ask the doctor if he would see me, and the doctor said “no I don’t want to see anyone else today”. The receptionist came out and, to his credit, covered for the doctor and said the doctor “can’t” see anyone else today. It’s a subtle difference, but it’s kind of sad when the receptionist has empathy for the patient, and the doctor would rather do something else. I imagine the doctor it had a long day, but it was only noon at the time, and a 15 minute consult with somebody with severe ankle pain seems easy enough to manage, even if the doctor would rather be doing something else.
Had to wait nearly an hour despite making an appointment at a quiet time of day. Numerous people in the waiting room that were not masked properly and the doctor that saw me was also not wearing his mask properly. Entire office smelt of weed. Doctor only saw me for a few seconds before shooing me out the door.
Had an emergency and they give us the service , one of the receptionist was very helpful , not the girl , the guy , great servic3 also the doctor was nice
Had a bad experience with the doctor . He was in a rush and did not even sit for a sec to answer our queries after we waited about an hour to see him. I had to keep interrupting him from opening the door and in the end ask him to write down the diagnosis for me so I can do my own research. Pathetic. Would never visit again and do not recommend. The girl at reception was welcoming though.
