The receptionist Rajni is exceptional in my experience. Very helpful and responsive. She is an asset to the clinic. Dr. Mona Lee and Mary Glen are also very good. They are thorough and I find always listen to your concerns and are not dismissive.

the receptionist was friendly, efficient and I was seen almost immediately. the Dr was thorough and professional that's always nice and was able to assist me with my issue, which though not serious, was taken seriously. :

Great clinic, very efficient receptionists, went as walk-in and was in and out of the clinic within 15 minutes due to the great covid protocol in place. Doctor was super attentive and quickly diagnosed my issue. My prescription was faxed to my pharmacy within minutes.

Reception was short with me and dismissive. The doctors seemed quite rushed as well.

Barely ever had to wait for over an hour! Usually quick. Most of the doctors are good!

Typical walk-in clinic. Quality of care depends on who's working and wait times can be long. However, front desk will let you get in line and then return in an hour. Not sure why this place has bad reviews, it's pretty much the same as any other walk-in.
