Tried this restaurant for the first time. I like the appetizer the fried calamari I ordered. The lobster roll taste nice too. Everyone is very fresh too. Seafood has to be fresh and that's the key. Overall this is a nice restaurant. But I give 4/5 only because I feel lobster roll portion can be bigger. I will come back again
We came here on a Thursday and I’m so glad we made reservations as apparently they’re always busy so highly recommend reserving in advance.nnOur server was amazing and so friendly and had great recommendations. We ordered the chi chi seafood tower and it did not disappoint. Everything was so fresh and tasty, and we even had an extra oyster included! The only downside we experienced was the lobster poutine is not that great for $67. The lobster itself was fresh, but the fries were so dry and starchy and the lobster gravy lacked flavour. The cheese curds also weren’t fresh and they weren’t squeaky. Would not recommend this dish maybe have downgraded ingredients to make it.
Felt like we were in Halifax again. Great atmosphere, great service , very fresh food. Everything on menu as described. Able to well accommodate gluten free & dairy free allergies. Great first experience!
I’ve driven past Pelicans thousands of times. and we finally had the pleasure of dining in.nnI highly recommend the Korean Fried Shrimp as an appetizer, fish & chips, and lobster roll.nnEverything tasted delicious and fresh.nGreat portions and fair prices.nnWe will definitely be back
We have a table of 7 to celebrate a birthday. I would highly recommend to make reservation as the resteraunt gets busy throughout the night. Friendly staffs, seafood is really fresh and reasonable price. Lots of parking available and good atmosphere. I would definitely go back.
