Grat service .some items were not in my size but ordered in at sale price that was offered.
They never update their website when sales are over so be prepared to pay regular price even when you check the website minutes before you buy the so called “sale item”
It is your standard peavey mart. The one guy who helped me was great and made sure I got what I wanted. The checkout staff wasn't as good as they seen me at the till but continued to chat down the one isle.
First time in the store but right off the bat noticed cheaper prices than other name brand hardware stores in town. It doesn't have everything but I think most times you will find what you need. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars was we passed at least 3 staff and no one asked if we needed assistance or gave a greeting. Again, first time in the store so I will return again and hopefully interaction with the staff is better.
EV Charge was much appreciated, as the two DCFC in town were both broken. Stopped in and shopped for some odds and ends while we waited. Staff was friendly, and they allow pups in the store too .
Clean friendly good bathrooms has a lemonade kiosk in parkade good stuff.l want to come back...the music and comaderie alone makes me feel....kinda city marketish.
Staff were very helpful and kind to me. I was in a rush to get a few things and the staff directed me to the right aisle quickly. The cashier was pleasant and allowed me to go through quickly with my 2 items before helping someone else return several items. I am grateful that they cared enough to help serve me quickly.

I understand people go through bad days but this is the place i will not shop again, lack of product knowledge and won't even try to find the product for you instead she was showing me her attitude while all i wanted was some help on finding the product. I highly recommend training your staffs. Was trying to shop local!!! Do not recommend this place.
I found what I was looking for, even though I had tried to locate my items in other name brand stores, only Peavy Mart had it in stock, and lots on sale with ready to help staff.
