Great place to attend to your needs super friendly staff and customer service well-kept environment and the staff is very knowledgeable about the service provided. My Therapies was Ben super friendly guy who takes the time to listen or put one's self in the position your in to better understand how or what you're experiencing to help. I'm sure everyone's pretty good there but I have to recognize Ben for what he is doing or has done so far for my injury.
I am presently a client of Peak Physical Therapy and witnessed how committed and friendly the staff they have, especially Jibin Jacob, who is very professional, diligent and reliable. He is always willing to make an extra mile by listening attentively to my concerns.The support I received is thorough. Thank you so much for this awesome experience! Highly recommended.
I’ve never needed physio prior to injuring my finger a few months ago and was pleasantly pleased with the exceptional treatment I received at Peak. I was able to get in the same day I phoned due to a cancellation. Elizabeth was very thorough and provided clear instructions. After 3 visits I’ve graduated from needing any more treatment there provided I continue to work on my own on improving the function of my finger. Thank you so much for great experience and if I ever require the need of physio again I will be back.
Best physio clinic I have been to. Everyone at the front is so warm and welcome. And my physiotherapist was the best. I’ve always had back problems but could never quite figure out what was wrong and how to improve it and Ben helped me so much. The exercises he gave me worked so well and made my back pain go away. If anyone ever asks or talks about physio I always recommend Peak. They are so knowledgeable.
Wonderful place with amazing staff! Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in until you leave the door! My therapists have worked so hard to fix all of my injuries and they give you the tools and knowledge to work on your injuries at home! Always a great time at Peak!
I went to this location after a shoulder dislocation based off the reviews. My doctor had recommended another location. My appointment was at 7:40 am, I reached at 7:20 am. While I was waiting the one lady at the back not the main receptionist, all she did was complain about how the previous day the insurance payments were put through properly. This went on for a good 10-15 minutes. After I finally saw my physio therapist. He was very amused at the way I got injured. He was yawing while I was telling him what I'm experiencing and half way through the assessment he acted surprised that I told him," this is the first time I dislocated my shoulder." He thought the entire time I broke my bone. This is after the fact I told them I dislocated my shoulder:- 1 when I booked the appointment 2 when I checked in 3 within 2 minutes of meeting the physio therapist I just feel when it comes to an individual's health rehabilitation there should be a little more preparation and professionalism. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location for a follow up.
I have been going to Peak for years and I have never had a problem up until today. I called earlier this week to make an appointment and the receptionist told me Thursday. I show up today Thursday only to be told it was made for next Thursday. The lady I spoke to on the phone did not tell me it would be next week. I had to find someone to babysit my baby for two hours because I live out of town and had to drive in. I used the last bit of change I had for the parking meter only to be leaving right after. Least to say, I am now looking for another massage therapist. Despite the negative experience I had, Stacey went above and beyond to make it right. I greatly appreciated it.
I would like to begin by thanking Peak Physical Therapy and mainly the three staff members that worked so hard to ensure my recovery went smooth and got me to where I needed to be. Elizabeth Sutton, Michelle Petriw and Tiffany de Heus all displayed great professionalism, knowledge and an overall level of care for me the patient. From the moment I walked in the doors at Peak for each appointment, I was met with friendly, smiling reception that truly displayed that the job they were doing as reception is the immediate face of Peak Physical Therapy. After I left the reception area and headed to the gym, I was always met with a smiling face of the therapist that was going to be working with me that day, the ladies named above. I truly have never been to an office in this city that displayed such professionalism and care for the patient as I had experienced at Peak. During my recovery each one of these ladies knew exactly where my recovery was at and what it was that I needed next. When to move forward, when to back off, and when to maintain where I was at at the time. I was never pushed further than I needed to be and they responded to my needs at exactly the right times with the exact level of care that my body needed. Again, I would like to thank you all very very much for the experience of working with Peak and the great friendly staff to get me to where I am at today. Thank you and have a great day
My wife uses Peak Physical and she likes everyone that she deals with there. Staff are friendly, good parking out front. Small kids area. There’s a water cooler to have water as you wait.
I only attended for two appointments as a key theme seems to be incorrect appointments. In the two visits I was there I counted at least 4 receptionists one who was new and being trained, and experienced first hand that it is extremley common for miscommunication when booking appointments. I booked two appointments at one time, to learn that the first was booked at the wrong time I checked repeatedly that it was 5:20 PM and then received a call at 5:05 saying it was booked for 5 PM and the second was booked a whole two weeks away from when I was told. NO information is given such as the appointment written on a card, NO confirmation or reminder such as an email and NO record of these appointments on their online portal which is the one saving grace of their operations. On top of that experience, the physio had no interest in chatting. I don't mean chit chat as in "how's the weather", I mean as soon as she was done treatment, she walks out of the room. No hi, bye, or please book again in two weeks. Comes across as extremely rude.
