Peaceful Perch Massage and Sauna

Peaceful Perch Massage is a bright, warm, sunny studio in a beautiful wooded setting. My back was stiff and tied up in knots this morning, but after my massage I feel flexible and energized. Patty made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Definitely recommended! Later... Just had a hot stone massage from Patty - wow! Even more relaxing than traditional massage - in fact it was impossible for my mind to wander back to the stresses of daily life, which my mind has a tendency to do. The hot stones and oil felt amazing in the middle of harsh Maine winter. And my stubborn back is really, really happy.

Massage at Peaceful Perch Massage is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Patty creates a calming, soothing, and comfortable environment while maintaining professionalism and the utmost respect for you. She is friendly and warm and knows just the right balance of dialogue so one can fully relax into the massage experience. The bodywork was excellent and intuitively adaptive to my body's needs for release of tension and increased flexibility. In addition to massage, I'm definitely interested in the opportunity to use the sauna. New levels of wellness and well-being await at Peaceful Perch Massage. I give Patty my highest recommendation and look forward to returning again for another massage.

Just walking into Peaceful Perch Massage is a relaxing experience. The studio is bright and welcoming, lots of natural light. Patty sat with me and we talked about my past experiences with massage, what I like, what I dislike. I was like putty in Patty's hands once she started the massage. I HIGHLY recommend Peaceful Perch Massage and I can't wait to go back!

Peaceful Perch has a relaxing environment, just enter into the studio and you are able to feel the clean energy. Patty did a excellent job with my tied muscles, after the massage i got my flexibility again, i really recommend it.
