Island Pool & Spa

We were sold the wrong filter replacement for our hot tub. We brought it back because it had started to melt on the top. The correct replacement filter was then offered to us with a 15 percent discount. Where as the original filter was bought with their recommendation, we felt a refund should have been done. We will not go back.

As a Christmas gift to each other my husband and I decided to get our hot tub repaired. (it had been leaking) After trying to find someone who would work on our brand we decided on Island Spa and Pool. We could not have been more pleased with the work they did,. They came when they said they would. They charged what they quoted and they fixed the problem completely. They even came out more than once to be sure the leak was fixed. If their service department is that good on a product they didn't even sell, imagine just how well they service their own products. Look no further! Go to Island Spa and Pool. You'll be glad you did.

Bought a pool and spa, both great products. Service is always on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! We get all our pool and spa products from them as well, competitive pricing! All around A++ company, we are extremely happy with the product and service!

We have been loyal customers at Island Pool and Spa for many years, two spas and a small exercise pool which they serviced when needed. They have always been there for us, coming quickly when we called, servicing our spas when necessary (which was rare). They are friendly, wonderful people. We highly recommend this great store and their excellent staff. You won't be disappointed if you decide to go to Island Pool & Spa. Fantastic service, friendly people and great products!

We have been a customer of Island Pool & Spa for many years.Our hot tub sits on a deck overlooking Blue Hill Bay causing us to have slightly more maintenance needs.The team at Island Pool & Spa has been incredibly responsive to our needs.
