Peace River Ford Sales

I had never bought a vehicle at a dealership before. Hearing stories of people who got screwed over or bad experiences with pushy staff was a normal thing I would hear. Not so with Ford at peace River. Phil was an excellent sales rep. Not pushy in the least and very friendly and helpful. If he didn't know, he would find out. Thanks again Phil. Then came the time for financing... Janine. Thank you so much for helping us out in this area. My wife and I felt at ease and not pushed into things we didn't want to purchase. You were able to answer our many questions and we had some good laughs as well. Pleasant surprise.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Peace River Ford in the last 3 years. Although they are 800km away from where I live, I go there for the customer service. My most recent purchase was a 2018 F150 that Sales Consultant Hope tracked down for me, I was very picky on what I wanted and Hope didn’t stop until she found the exact truck I was looking for. I would highly recommend going to see Hope at Peace River Ford as she ensured I received my truck ready in time to head to work which meant delivering it 800km to my house on Boxing Day.

One of a kind... Many dealers will preach, these guys and gals make it happen and will not rest until you are happy. 5,6,10pm they are a United dealership, From a corporate stand point and a true business in "Team Builders". Congrats to all who move too this opportunity with some opportune like real people.

We've bought 3 vehicles form this dealership.... and we are from Fort McMurray. Kane was our salesman and was so good to work with. The staff there went above and beyond to help our family to find vehicles that not only suited our needs, but also our pocketbooks! If you are looking to buy new or used, I highly recommend this dealership, from sales to finance to management, everyone is willing to work w8th you to find what you need!

We came in with a damaged vehicle, non Ford, and in no time they had it fixed for us and we were back on the road! Amazing people, very knowledgeable, and great customer service! I would recommend them!! Thank you very much you have made our trip much safer and we are grateful!
