Brought my 9 month old for his first dentist visit. Great office and waiting area, theres a fun play area for kids. Staff were very good at explaining to me what to expect and showed me how to care for my childs teeth. I would recommend this office for your little ones!

My son and I have had great experiences here with Dr. Carter Ng and Leah and Melissa. They are all SO positive and engaging with him and have a great sense of how to talk to little ones. The hygenists and assistants are so gentle and great at explaining the process to a 3-year-old. Dr. Ng takes his time doing the checkup, gives extremely clear explanations, and treats young kids with so much respect and care. My son is legitimately THRILLED for his dentist visits! He would like to stay there all day! :

We love Dr. Munsie at the PDG in Richmond. She was so kind and gentle with my 14 month old daughter and I learned a lot about toddler dental care and progress as well. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Munsie strongly enough. We’re very happy we went with someone specialized in children’s dentistry. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable as well and most importantly, kind. A great experience overall and a great start and relationship to the dentist for my daughter.

Forever grateful for the amazing pediatric dentists Dr. Carter and Team for teaching my daughter how to brush her teeth well + floss properly AND make it fun and not scary. Choosing a dentist for her was a big concern as I didn't want her to ever dread going to see the dentist, and now she LOVES seeing the dentist and gets excited every time we have a scheduled visit. She's been under the care of Dr. Carter since she was 3 and I cannot recommend enough how amazing they are with children.

Doctors and staff at PDG are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They see potential issues ahead of time and provide solid treatment plans while keeping a long term picture in mind. Friendly practice and truly care for what’s best for the child and family. Very child centred. Not one of those practices that are overly progressive and just want to make money. Thank you!

Dr Ng was able to calm down my anxious daughter. I’m very pleased with the visit. Looking forward to future visit.

The Dr is friendly and professional. Technician is okay but not as friendly as it should be for paediatric staff. Dr assistant is horrible, judgment and not making me and my child felt welcomed. She even tries to give diagnostic advice and interrupted the Dr conversation when the Dr was talking to me.

Excellent experience! From the lovely receptionist Sylvia to the assistant and the gentle and caring doctor Munsie!
