I am a new patient to the Capital Hill PCHC. First of all I had to call three different centers before I found one that would give me an appointment. THEN I had to wait a month and a half for the appointment date and when I got there early and had to wait almost an hour because the reception desk closes for lunch (unacceptable but whatever) then I am handed a clip board with some new patient forms to fill out (this is customary so no big deal I expected it) THEN after I fill out the forms I'm given a doctors name and told to call on the day I want to see the doctor and I can make an appointment! WHAT?!! 

I thought I had a doctors appointment but the appointment was only to fill out forms. 

Why Couldn't I have come in at any time to fill out the forms? I could have already have been seen by a doctor. This makes no sense. 

I could have understood if there was some kind of intake where they sat with me and went over my medical history and health issues but this was completely ridiculous.

Love going to capital hill health center.my doctor Nicole Femino is the best.
