was recently at this location with my dtr and she needed to buy shoes for work. while in the store she had taken some shoes to a bench and we waited for service while to the two ladies serviced other customers. We weren't getting any service so she approached an employee and asked if the shoes were available in a diff size, she replied No and didn't offer to look for them at another location. we also WERE NOT informed of the specials for the day. She then tried to ask another question and the worker looked at her then proceeded to walk past her to a new customer that had walked in. So she had to ask the other employee to check in another location. I find this to be very very bad customer service. And my dtr said if it wasn't that she needed the shoes she would've walked out. She did purchase two pairs of shoes and i have purchased from there in the past as well as my girls. Will think twice now..especially at the pitt meadows store, have been in the Chiliwack location and the service was much better

Quite honestly the best shoe store I've ever been in. If you're looking for style, comfort and price, look no further.
