G.A.M. Shoes & Repair

This place is terrible I gave them a nice pair of boots to fix the heal and the sole and paid $50. Got the boots back in a terrible shape no way I can wear them. The owner told me I brought them like that he kept on arguing with me that my employee always tells the customer if there is something wrong with the shoe before they take it,but he is the one who took it from me and never said anything cause the boots were in a great shape.So many people told me not to use that shoe repair but I thought I will give him a chance and support my city services. I gave him the shoes to put in the garbage and got out and will never go back.And never got my money back. I will never recommend him. Suzanne

I was disappointed with my visit. quoted me $50.00 repair for boots that I was about to throw out. Instead of this GAM, go to Dewdney road, across from Big Box. MUCH better prices at the shoe shop..charged me $30.00 and far better service. ...felt like they were hitting on my hot wife and not spending enough time thinking about how to repair my boots. FAIL

Great service and excellent staff, This is were i get my wallets and keys cut. I had a jacket repaired an he checked with me if he could put in a different kind of zipper. It came out better then the manufacturer made it
