I have done business in the past with Pawnshop Superstore and have recently returned as a customer again! The staff are very kind, professional and informative, and I never have any concerns when my belongings are left in their custody. Their prices are fair and competitive and the staff do their best to help you get what you need. A+ service.
Fantastic people. I've always had pleasant experiences dealing with them and in times that weren't so pleasant but they were always very understanding and would work with me and for that I'm extremely grateful. Great people.
Spent about 15 minutes looking at the jewelry counter and was seen by multiple employees. Not a single one of them decided to approach me though and ask if I wanted to buy anything or take a look at anything. I walked in with 300 and was willing to spend up to $500 but the employees obviously don't care, they're too busy talk to each other about how much they need to smoke break and gossiping about customers. Poor quality service.
I came in to buy an ODB2 car scanner I saw posted on Facebook marketplace and one the employees was nice enough to let me test it on my car, although power on only no scan. It powers on but it doesn’t do it’s job at all when I try to scan my car, I even took it home and downloaded updates for it, still no reading after countless attempts and peoples advice. Junk. Good job to Pawnshop Superstore for buying barely tested electronics at a fraction of their worth and slapping on a much higher price tag . And because of your no returns policy I will not be coming back again.
I have been here a couple of times and it always seems to be the same story I don't pawn vary often but when I do I bring in a bunch of stuff because they usually say no to more than half my stuff and I'm okay with that I understand the business side of things but the Rude Attitude you receive like I'm supposed to know what you guys take like I don't work at a pawn shop so how would I know kinda makes you regret even going here don't recommend
Was in here the other day and these people where very rude. I find consistently the staff at the front desk are extremely judgemental and ignorant. Honestly would never go to this place.
Was in there today to buy a couple of bicycle around 130pm. I asked one of the staff there older Caucasian male, pony tail hair to see if there any discount when purchasing more than 1 and he immediately gave a big fat no answer and then I wanted to see more of the bike and if it work and if I can test ride it and he just told me about the sticker on the bike and no I can not test ride it. And that I have to buy it first before I test ride it and there no return policy. He was being somewhat rude to me. I worked for a pawn shop for 5 years before and I have never encounter such a rude staff. How do they expect to sell anything without testing it. The staff could ask for my driver license and car key before I take it out to their parking lot. I dresses normal. But he assumed I will ride off with the bicycle. Super bad experience with this staff worker. The store need to train their staff to be more friendly and reasonable. If he having a bad day then stay home or leave your bad attitude at home. For this reason, I will tell everyone my bad experience and never to go to this pawn shop ever. There are plenty of pawn shop across the street that will give you a way better experience.
The staff are absolutely amazing super sweet super nice always willing to help where they can I can't say enough good things about them. It's always the most enjoyable process every time we are in there.
I go there when I need a little help. Always treated with respect and professional staff.
