One of my favorite places in the world to geek out. Very nice museum. Great displays, interesting info and presented really nicely. I spent probably about an hour and a half going through it. If you enjoy history, industrial design, graphic design, technology or radios or any combination of the above, you’ll enjoy this place!
Such a wonderful time! There were three employees there during the about 2 hours I wandered around. All three made themselves available to answer questions, provided demonstrations of the equipment, and were super sweet about taking photos and videos. The museum was just what I was looking for- super informative, filled with interesting exhibits, and was small enough that I felt satisfied having seen most of everything in my 2 hours. It is quality place and I would be happy to go again. Getting there was easy and parking was available. I loved being able to see the range of machines from the TTY to Phonographs to the professional recording equipment. I even was able to play the theremin and hear an original Edison record player at work! Very, very happy. Thank you to everyone that runs the museum. It is a fantastic experience.
I've been aware of this place from family and friends but I had never gone to visit. The night I was there was an induction ceremony for the Minnesota Broadcaster Hall of Fame, which was certainly fun in its own right. The museum features many displays dealing in Broadcasting, but other aspects of Technology as well. Some of the things they have to show are quite unique. Well worth a visit.
I brought my client here and we loved the facts about old technology. They are open during the day. I really liked the main guy who worked there.
So much more than museum. Rooms full of history lessons and nostalgia. I can't wait to go back.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$6–10

Small and quint but a great place for kids. It’s a great place to be reminded how far we have come. Gosh who can forget when mobile phones felt like you was carry a rock around compare to what we have today. The demonstrations were interesting.
Kind of a hidden gem, I can highly recommend this for anyone who likes vintage technology or history. The radio and television broadcast equipment is particularly impressive, but there's more to see! I stayed for about an hour and felt that it was about the right amount of time for me.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait
Awesome place and very well maintained, the staff was just outstanding and very knowledgeable, they showed us lots stuff and even turned on several of the equipment to show us how it worked. Would most definitely reccomend it.
