I had a good time talking to Kate about getting everything I needed for my new fish tank, accessories and more.. After leaving Pet Smart just prior coming to your store.. I left P.S. very angry.. Kate made me feel at home at the store, she helped me pick everything out, except for the accessories which was fine by me, she was getting my fish at that point. At P.S. they told me i couldnt have as many fishes as I wanted in my tank. I was wanting 10 feeder goldfish. The associate at P.S. told me I needed a 40Gal tank for that. I was like umm.. nooo.. I always get feeder fish for a 10 Gal.. Sorry about the rant.. but I am every happy with the customer service and knowledge that Kate had (I believe she was the owners Mother) .. I will definately be coming back.. Do you guys have a points system or something along that line?

Small selection of pet items and a few birds/small animals occasionally for sale. Staff are friendly.

Called to make sure they were open until 9, which they said yes, I rushed down there considering it was already 8:40, and they ended up closing about 10 minutes early.. If your sign says 9, you should stay open until 9! Wasted my time, and probably will never go back to that location, as they knew I was coming.
