Paul Shim Dr

Dr. Shim replaced both my hips after a car accident. I returned to him for a follow up. I wanted to know why I woke up during the surgery and why I had a lot of pain post op in my left knee. He seemed oblivious to my concerns and more interested in impressing the nurses who where present at the time. I was left wanting to remind him that he’s A a married man and B responsible for telling me the truth with respect to what occurred in the ER. I never had any problems with my left knee until I had a hip replacement by Dr. Shim. Obviously something occurred during the surgery apart from the anesthesiologist failing to ensure I was kept asleep!!! Respectfully, C. J. K.

Excellent surgeon. Great hospital. Great staff. Great nurses. The 3 days in recovery after knee surgery was like a mini holiday.

Fantastic Doctor, respectful and reassuring. The staff that work in that department the hospital. Are fantastic. My care has always been amazing. Thank you Dr. Shim and team for taking such good care of me.

The Doctors may be great but you can actually never get through to the office. I have called over 30 times in the last week and no one answers the phone and the mail box is always full. They either need a new receptionist or more staff. Very unprofessional.

No one picks up the phone or answers voice mails.
