I am very impressed with Davidson Hearing Aid Clinic service in Brockville. This week I reached out to Davidson clinic in Brockville for help to reprogram my older Siemens hearing aids. Siemens corporate recommended this clinic. One of my Phonak units stopped working properly and I wanted to use the Siemens unit as back up while I get the Phonak's repaired. My local hearing aid clinic in Gananoque could not help me. When I met Amy Holder at the Davidson clinic, Amy put me through the full hearing test, reprogrammed my Siemens hearing aid and even repaired my Phonak unit. What's amazing is that she refused payment for her help. Her response was, "That's not what we do here". Imagine, a total stranger who walks into their clinic and receives such a wonderful service and the clinic refuses payment. Its rare to be treated so kindly. I will definitely recommend Davidson Hearing Aid Center to my friends and will now be their customer.
