Booked a load with their brokerage team. One of the worst brokers I've worked with in 17 years of trucking. Here I thought TQL was an example of bad business....oh how I was wrong. No after hours team? After 5pm all calls go to voice mail and you get no return calls. Two days and no call back. Do not ever take a load from them that delivers after 5pm or have any concerns after 5pm because you will lose money with these guys. No one is going to assist you because no one is going to answer the phone. Had to cancel my back haul due their poor operations. Lost a day and money. Definitely not a reputable brokerage firm..... No valid reason for this poor mismanagement of operations!

From the recruiting department to the driver managers all the way to saftey and breakdown/ maintenance this is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Kendra was my recruiter she was honest about everything never lied to me or over promised anything like most of your carriers out there. Orientation is alot of great usefull information even for the experienced drivers. Driver managers are respectfull and willing to help in any and all situations. This company has character, integrity, and drive to succeed with the the people it employees. Makes me proud to be apart of this company!

Broker took us off a load because we needed to get a trailer wash out, shipping said we could go get it washed and come get loaded. They now have posted the load for cheaper and it’s Friday my truck is stuck. We will not be working with this company again… BLACKLISTED.

All trucking company please stay away of booking loads with this company especially with Bilal Naeem. He will lie you about everything commodity, appt times etc and your truck will stuck for a while on their loads. Stay away.

The orientation class is very informative. And striving for the best that a driver can be. Give me a couple of days and I will tell you what it's like to work for them.

It is awesome to be part of this big family from a company that had one truck turn into what Paul is today is truly inspiring . Trucks are top of the line and all have satellite TV's with state of the art equipment. The driver managers work very hard to get drivers home when they want and the CSR's do great as well, we really do have some of the best drivers in the Flatbed industry. pros.- amazing facility and Trucks.
