The water pump stopped working last night and after reaching out to 2 other companies they put me in touch with ER Steeves. Within a few hours of calling a tech called me back and was on the way. They solved the issue and replaced my tank and were in and out in no time at all. Lee & Isaac were lovely. Watching Mike and Shawn set up and begin drilling was a thing of beauty. Drilling is a very tough business and they made it look easy which is hard. We were fortunate and hit 15 gpm at 75 feet. Great learning about drilling for water from these legends. Highly recommended.

I had my water softener installed last year by this company and Lee was the technician that installed it. Today i wanted to change the water filter but couldn't open the canister tank.I called the office and the lady said someone would call when they had a moment.Lee called back within the hour and said he'd stop by a bit later in the day.When i saw him, i recognized him from the install last year.He and his partner were so kind and so patient with me. I am extremely grateful knowing that this company only hires the best. I would definitely recommend E R Steeves Ltd and Lee for all your water needs.

Thank you Steeve's! Just a day into my vacation and my plans fell apart when my water stopped working. I contacted Steeve’s first thing in the morning. Just a few hours later they made their way here, fixed my problem AND taught me how to do it myself for future reference. They truly have the spirit of “neighbours helping neighbours”. These guys were simply awesome. Lee and Isaac showed up today after my pump stopped pumping water. They rightly conjectured that air had gotten into the pipes of my jet pump on my well. They showed me how to re-prime the pump and got the thing up in running in a couple of minutes. Highly recommend this company and this team. My pump stopped and I called them at 3:30pm The service guy showed up around 4 and quickly found it was a bad pump. He was very friendly and professional and we had water by 6:15. They try to never leave a customer without water. So grateful Lee fixed our water. I think his name was Lee .I'm bad with names. I highly recommend e r steeves .
