Quickest ever experience for some sutures in the history of all Healthcare. Saved us a trip to Traverse and had father in law back for stitches without ever sitting In a waiting room! Fantastic!
This is the most unprofessional hospital I have ever been to! When I was pregnant they didn’t have the tools to check my cervix! And now I have influenza B and they didn’t send me home with any medication! It’s now a week later and I sound like I’ve been smoking my whole life!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Took our daughter to the er. The nurses were great but I will never go back and tell everyone to avoid here. Filled out the paperwork and gave her our insurance information. Weeks later we get a bill stating that we didn’t have any insurance when we do not get a phone call or anything. As someone who works in medical billing this is disgusting instead of having someone do their job they just send bills for thousands. Do better.
I live out of town and an old back injury flared up while I was in the area for the Fourth of July. I could barely move and couldn’t drive home to see my PCP. Cole and Kylie listened to what was going on with my body and provided the care needed to start the healing process and to help me manage the symptoms. The check in staff was wonderful as well.nAll around one of the best ER/urgent care visits I've ever had.nAppreciate the staff and will recommend this hospital to friends in the area.
Nurses and doctors were great but they are charging E/M level charges incorrectly. I went in for a kidney stone needing fluids and pain meds to help pass it and was billed for a level 5 E/M charge, which is typically billed as the most complex and highest-cost level, representing the most severe and urgent cases. I fought and went up the ladder and it was deemed they made no mistake. I have been a director/manager of an emergency room for the last 8 years and this type of billing practice is unacceptable. Hopefully people who don't understand CPT codes and these level charges are paying close attention to their bills. Luckily I was on vacation and won't have to return to this emergency room.
