The Crystal Lake Clinic in Interlochen and Dr Flynn are great. We have had interactions with doctors all over the country and Dr Flynn is a great Primary Care Physician. He understands the whole patient - physical, emotional and spiritual. I am relatively healthy, but he didn’t just focus on “making my numbers good”, but encouraged me to have a happy and healthy life. He definitely didn’t push EXTRA meds. Based on conversations, I think he would also be great for someone that had different challenges. A great place for health care. I highly recommend.
I love this place. I love the people all there with my heart and soul. They are such wonderful people.I get upset if anybody says anything bad about them.They're like family
Would not recommend. My son 1.5 years old went here with a horrible cough and Amy Keen Just prescribed him antibiotics. No tests, just a prescription. I was skeptical. But my husband took him, while I was home with our newborn.nA few days pass, nothing is better.. worse!!! So I took my son to the ER. the doctor there said that antibiotics would not help an upper respiratory condition, if anything, make it worse!! So stop taking the antibiotics, they will not help, only harm. She shouldn’t have prescribed them in the first place.nThen he ran proper tests.nSo, Amy Keen, FNP…..Thanks for prescribing antibiotics for absolutely no reason. I hope they arent teaching that it nursing school…but probably are!
Place is advised as walk in clinic but you have to make an appointment or have an established doctor through them. Typical trash service for years ever time I walk through those doors!
I've been going to Crystal lake clinic in Interlochen for years. I've always been treated well by all the receptionists. I also like my nurse practitioner Nancy Dorman and my Dr. Jake Flynn.
