Paul D Hankenson Do

I am very unhappy with both experiences I have had trying to get prescriptions filled through this doctor. I did some testing there which was fine, and the doctor is nice enough, staff is fine. But they seem to be struggle with getting scripts right. They also never answer the phone when you call. I have a preferred pharmacy and a secondary pharmacy that I want them to use. I always indicate which pharmacy (depending on if I am picking up from work or home) First time they called it in to the wrong pharmacy, I figure, honest mistake they got mixed up, though it was a hassle. This time they have called it in to some pharmacy I have never been to ever in a completely different part of Lansing. It's ridiculous. I am lucky that I was able to hunt down the script in time before I leave for a trip, but I shouldn't have to do that every time I am trying to fill a prescription.

Exceptional personal service and care, both from the Doc and his staff. Dr. Hankenson doesn't "treat" his patients, he cares for them. If you're seeking turnstile medical treatment or tacit approval for medication, you should look elsewhere.

He treats women like dogs and got in my wife's face for her parents taking the scripts he wrote them this guy shouldn't be a dr he enjoys yelling at women and elderly

Dr. Hankenson is a phenomenal doctor! I can say with 100% certainty that I would not be alive if not for him. He takes the time to listen to what's going on and then decide on a course of treatment. I would recommend him to anyone!

I asked if they were taking new members today 5/29/2014 , I was treated horribly by the receptionist at my Do’s Office (Dr wulff) all i wanted to do was to leave my name and number for a call back because they were to busy to take my call , Dr wulffs office refused to accommodate that .... I called Dr Hankenson's office to see about switching and they turned me down because they were friends with Dr wullf's office and apparently have a Treaty.... Wake up people this is 2014 bad customer service will check an ego real quick.
