Paul Chan & Associates

In my opinion Jenny Chen had some personal issues within herself as a customer and witness to Paul Chan's firm. I work with Paul Chan for a long time and never ever seen a caring, loyal ,honest, and professional person like him any where else. If it wasn't for him I would not be able continue my business until present time and I would be completely down. I will not allow anyone to say or judge this man the way she did to try twisting the truth about Paul Chan. If she is suggesting other people not to have a business with him because he is expensive, let me tell you that you pay for what you deserve. He and his team work very hard. If you are looking for excellent service you need to pay for it, otherwise there are many dishonest people who are running the same business. Victor

I was a customer of Paul Chan. I can tell you right now he overcharges, considering the fact that they don’t do half of the stuff they say they will do on their invoices. They calculated my payroll wrong, submitted my remittances to CRA late and I have to pay the late fees. Paid a couple thousands in late fines. Also, my tax return was prepared incorrectly, they told me to pay 10k in taxes, I was of course wondering why, so I looked in to the details, apparently an inexperienced worker prepared my return and no one caught the mistake. I am sure a lot of his customers can resonate with me on this. How dare you call yourself the formal auditor of CRA? You are just a fraud and a con man to whoever dumb enough to come to you for tax matters. This posting is for Paul Chan Chartered Accountants (Paul Chan & Associates or Paul Chan Professional Corp) maybe they have all these names because too many people look for trouble? They are currently located at 15 Wertheim Court, Richmond Hill. Believe the negative reviews you see because if you think about who would be so bored to come on here to rant at a stranger if these didn't actually happen to them. Hope this review saves you from this horrible practice.

Apparently Jenny Chen was an ex disgruntled employee of Paul Chan & Associates. Her statement was fabricated and untruthful.

you don't want to work in this firm or go to this firm for any sort of service. The owner is ill-mannered and incompetent. Also charges very expensively. If you do decide to go work there, I suggest you bring a recorder in to every meeting you have with Paul Chan so you can record his harassments and abuse. Believe me you will need it later
