It was really bad experience, they are really friendly but they are real cheaters. Don't believe their smiling faces, they just looking for money! 
Even my friend was doing a Co-Op in their small family firm, they kicked that person out and said that person didn't work well (which wasn't true) because at the end they ndver hire new employees only use them for FREE and find a false reasons to say sorry we will not hire you anyway!
