Definitely your above average pastry shop. Service can be improved but staff is friendly for the most part. Would recommend their ferrero rocher pastry. Soft, rich, light texture with a crunchy base.

Poor custermer service. They have teenage girls at the cash who don't have patience for you if your're not italien or one of their friends you won't be serve adequatly. 2x i've been and yet poor service. I'll stick to lafrenaie , better service smiling face ready to help!

Bit expensive but excellent cakes, never dry. Add custom writing at no charge, great fast service.

Young employees needed some prompts before becoming helpful.  But overall friendly.  But cakes are too sweet for me.  If you are someone who enjoy dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate like me...  Look for another bakery.
