Worst service ever , we had lots of dry wall and metal studs left , we ask them to pick it up same as they dropped it , we ok with paying for the pick up , the attitude and “strict “ policy of not picking up back anything was super unfair and not professional… we are not locals other wise we had trucks and vans but the duty manager didn’t had the patience to understand and help … so disappointing I just purchased over 2500$ from them , don’t go near them , a company that disrespect you like that after you purchase , just shouldn’t have customers as customer service is the most important !

I had some issues with a contractor, I had to dismiss, this is where it all started. I went into the store in Guelph and ended up dealing with Duane a sales representative in the store. From the first conversation Duane provided top notch service from start to finish. He went as far as helping me pick out stone in the yard to ensure I had the right product. His service, the Managers service has been amazing thank you for all your help it is greatly appreciated.

Sue in the upstairs administration is incredibly rude. I personally don't think "well that's too bad" is a proper response from a customer service personnel. Maybe you need to find more positive people for your workforce.

Very disappointed. I went in to look at some stone, and walked in the side door went to the first guy at the desk and he tried to ignore me by ducking under his desk, then tried to send me away to someone else. Went to speak with the other lady at the desk and as we were talking he butted in the whole time… why wouldn’t he just help me in the first place rather than speaking over the lady that was helping me. The girl in the middle was very helpful. Wish I could leave a better review but I was not okay with that…

I am installing a 20 x 15 patio in my backyard. Did my shopping both online and the big box stores. By far, Patene has the best prices and a huge selection of stones. Even there delivery charges were good. I highly recommend.
