Although friendly, their technician's level of knowledge does not install confidence. I have had repetitive problems with our furnace that finally prompted me to research the issue. When the issue arose yet again, and I was charged again for a third service call due to their poor level of knowledge and absence of a solution. I informed them about what I learned and requested assistance in remedying the problem. They agreed this was likely the problem and I am getting a quote from another company to fix this permanently. I feel they should have picked this up on the first or second service call. I felt the third service call should have been complimentary as there was absolutely nothing done to rectify the problem. I have foolishly continued to use them and after installing a humidifier, they flooded my basement. This ruined the underlay of the carpet and am no longer confident in their service competency. Thankfully we are planning on renovating the basement so the carpet will be discarded.

Had the company out for service on my fireplace at my investment property. The service technician John B. Was very thorough and courteous. He was knowledgable and had all of the answers to my questions. Much appreciated.

Charged for diagnosing the problem, leave the unit disambled, can't plug it in, ignore the calls, and now have to pay for their part and installation, the unit was running but without cold air, now it is dangerous to plug it in. unprofessional. Disappointing...

My air conditioner broke down in the hottest part of July this year. I made calls to many companies to check on prices, installation etc. and settled on Air-Wave because their prices were competitive and they were able to come out the next day. The technicians arrived on time and the work proceeded smoothly and quickly. Within a few hours, our house was cool again. We received a follow-up note and thank you for using Air-Wave service. I just had Air-Wave come to service my Lennox Central Air unit. Their service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. Their fees were very reasonable and that was with a very awkward positioning of my unit (up on a building rooftop). I will use them again for all of my HVAC needs.
