We’ve driven past here many times but finally stopped by yesterday - and what a gem of a place. Food is fantastic, service is great and the decor is eclectic and thoroughly interesting.nnThe tiramisu is absolutely the best I’ve had in Canada. My wife and I split the Mexican and Lyonnaise burgers - both were excellent.nnCan’t wait to be back and try more of their menu.
Great spot for the summer. They have a beautiful outdoor setup overlooking the water. I tried the new summer menu with the Piri Piri chicken. It was okay, nothing to get excited about. It was the first day of that menu, so I hope they will improve it. I also found a piece of plastic in my sandwich, which was disappointing ans not handled properly by the management. In the future, I will stick to their poutine.
We were a party of 8 at lunchtime, the staff was so nice and attentive. There was always someone around if you needed something.nnLoved that they had an option for a gluten free poutine gravy and even burger buns. The only thing food wise was that my mom's veggie patty was over cooked on one side but she still enjoyed the taste of the rest of it.nnThe view of the water is great and the way it's decorated inside is so fun.
It's by the water, great views, the restaurant not fancy but has a great vibe and outside seating is good too, worth a visit, go early though it gets busy, highly recommend....
Patate & Persil in Montreal! The bustling atmosphere and the friendly service of the waitress added to the experience. The poutine loaded with plenty of cheese, and the unique circular spiral-shaped fries is delicious. The homemade sauce in the sandwich and the tasty side of fries complemented the overall enjoyment of my first meal in the city.
