I just compared another store to Patagonia, so I thought I should come here and leave a review of the original article. Oh Patagonia, you smug banker who cares about the outdoors you. You're impossible to argue with because you're always right but that doesn't make you easy to love. 4 stars!

Great service and advice from the staff. Picked up a new nano puff jacket for the winter season. Because of the current pandemic, they made sure the store was not crowded and they let each customer know the proper procedures and ensure social distancing. Excellent experience.

Great customer service here!! I wish I’d gotten the name of the guy who was helping me I want to say it was Ryan but I could be 100% wrong, he helped me get my husband’s birthday gift VERY quickly despite the extensive line down the block outside the store. Will return soon!
