Pat's your guy, call him first! Our house key broke off in the lock and he got to us in 10 minutes on a Sunday, and his fee was not nearly as scary as we were anticipating. Nice guy. Highly recommend.
The guy was really nice, was over to my place within 20 minutes and unlocked the door within 30 seconds. He made me a spare key as well and the rate was 1/3rd the price of other locksmiths in the area. Highly highly recommend this guy!
Needed a locksmith, a friend called and he was very rude to her. I called the next day to see if he could help and he not only had a very rude tone of voice but also told me to take my business else where so that’s what I’ll be doing lol
Called at 8am to get a lock changed in our suite. Pat answered the call and said he could be there within a half hour. This was not an emergency, but he had an opening and we said sure. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable as well as very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him and will call again if needed.
I was lucky and thankful to use Pat's service. I had called other Google recommended locksmiths and they didn't even work weekends and could not come for several days... Which does not seem helpful for such a time sensitive service. He was early, very professional and quick. In selling a property, I had lost the mail key for the mailbox in an apartment. Pat fixed it very quickly and gave me two keys. Turns out Pat also knew my family from long ago. He was friendly and easy to chat with. I would recommend him to others in need.
Not much of a locksmith. I'm a manager at a hotel and my employee tried to change a lock and broke it. We couldn't get the door open. I called to see about the cost and he started giving me grief and lecturing me , telling me to phone someone else because he wouldn't bother coming out for a lock that someone else had tried to change and that I should tell my employees to never try changing them. Etc etc. Like I needed this at that time!! I explained it was an emergency he told me it wasn't his problem and then gave a little chuckle and hung up. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend or call then again
I called this morning to book service on my bathroom door that locked and I could not open. The owner said he “didn’t have time for this” and hung up on me. He was incredibly rude. I do not recommend using this company.
Very rude over the phone and would not help me. Wouldnt even listen to the situation and then hung up on me.
