Called to enquire about getting a key cut for my vehicle....he was rude on the phone and wouldn't let me explain myself and also wouldn't explain why he couldn't help me. I asked if he could suggest someone who could and his reply was just "someone that's not me", and then just hung up on me. Rude

Wow customer service isn't very strong, sorry I'm not a professional so maybe be a little helpful might get a lot more business. I mean it was great he came out so quick just a little more personable would have made the interaction more pleasant
