I took my turntable in because the tone arm needed calibrating.  Arthur was nice enough to have a look at it at no charge.  When they couldn't fix it, they suggested to go see someone else. While I was waiting, the other employee was nice enough to make me a cappuccino and clean a record for me.

Pat and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection of gear not pretentious.

Great store and excellent service.  Pat is very knowledgable and really helpful. Would definitely recommend.
