Pasta Presto

I came here to try out what Restaurant Pasta Presto was all about. It opened a few weeks ago and it was pretty busy. If you do not mind to drive down to the East End, it is definitely worth it. One of my favourite dishes was the fried calamari, the coating was light and crispy. AntiPasti-Trio Misto is another thing I recommend to try. It comes with buffalo chicken wings, Mozzarella sticks and battered zucchini. If you are a vegan, I would recommend ordering the trio Misto which are the battered zucchini. The meatball pasta was incredible, it wasn't as creamy which I love and the meatballs were nicely seasoned.  For dessert, I loved the Nutella tiramisu. It was fluffy and very delicious, it was was not super sweet. This would be a perfect spot for a cozy date night, the parking lot is a bit small but you can park on the street and the highway is very close by. As a huge Frank Sinatra fan, I loved that they were playing his music, it made it feel like home. The prices are very reasonable and you are able to choose your type of pasta and the sauces you would like to pair it with. The staff and owner were really friendly.

A new dating spot just discovered in the east. Pasta Presto really impressed me with the cute European flare & decore, the Frank Sinatra music and fine cuisine. This place has only been open for 2 weeks and it was packed. At first, I was worried about what will I eat if I go there, since I am vegan and don't topically eat pasta. I kept seeing the food in my feed and it gave me the will to go try it. My friend ate all the none vegan stuff and she adored it. I had the zucchini sticks, AMAZING. It tasted like cheese sticks without the cheese. The pasta I had was a game changer. I had stopped eating pasta ever since I was a kid and every time I tried I did not like. This place made me want to eat more pasta again. The sauce was delish and the spiced ingredients added just brings up that taste. The owner Antoine is an amazing, kind and caring person too. Congrats on this place. I am typically in the west, but won't mind the trip to go eat again or even bring a date.

We had the delight of trying out Pasta Presto, a new restaurant located in Anjou. This Italian gem beings you the finest Italian cuisine. From spaghetti pasta, to cheese sticks, Pasta Presto knows how to please your taste buds. Served in generous portions, this Italian family run establishment offers the right amount of variety of choices, to allow you more time with your companion. The venue is quaint, bringing an European vibe to the place. The decor brings warmth and cozy feeling. Its elegance makes the perfect spot to bring a date, celebrate a special moment or/and spend time with loved ones. Parking is limited, and the place is quite popular. However, you can easily park on the street right in front. There is a terrace space available in front, ideal in warm summer weather. It would be cool to see some classical Italian musicians serenading while you enjoy your meal. Despite the space being full, service was great and as they hire more staff, everything will reach optimal state. The food, the most important component to any restaurant, was amazing. So tasty, rich will flavored ingredients. We started with the salad, which was freshly prepared. We had appetizers, very recommended, cheese sticks right amount of crunchy and creamy goodness. The chicken wings à l'Itallienne are good and spicy, so be ready if you like them hot. The zucchini sticks are vegan and you think you are having more cheese sticks so good they are. The calamari was well preapred and was definitely not chewing like most places. Our main plates were pasta meatballs and Arrabiatta spaghetti pasta. We finished each of our plates clean it was so delish. The spaghetti had nice ingredients added to it, allowing a burst of flavor in every bite. The meatball pasta was the right combination of zest. We finished the all with dessert. The tiramisu au Nutella cake comes in a nicely designed plate. The right amount of sweetness. Very moist texture and nice finish with the Nutella The gâteau Amaratto, also very moist texture, right ingredients to not only give looks, but also rich taste. Don't do the rookie mistake of filling up with bread, save space for the actual meal, even if it smells and tastes so great. It was very good, great score of excellence. The owner Antoine is very humble, a true entrepreneur at heart with the mind of a business man who is altruistic is ensuring the finest experience for every guest that comes in through his doors. Pasta Presto passed our expectations with high excellence and is recognized with our Seal of Approval for fine Italian food establishment. Having worked in restaurants a little over half my life 15 years, you know when a restaurant produces quality food. The fundamentals of any restaurant is the sauce. You are able to tell when it is made from scratch. The rose sauce at Pasta Presto- Absolutely impressed. I can only imagine how every other item on the menu tastes when the basics are done so right. Quality food and impeccable service. A refreshing reminder of what a good restaurant experience is.

I must say, there are very few Italian restaurants that are good in the Montreal area and Pasta Presto is by far one of my favorite places to eat a nice place of pasta! Also, everyone is so welcoming! Makes you feel right at home! Thank you Antoine for the experience we will definitely be coming back soon!

Very cozy and warm atmosphere, added with a very friendly staff and amazying italian decorations! The food is delicious with nice portions. I enjoy the traditional italian dishes and the unique and modern appitizers. I have been here a few times, will be going back as a regular. I highly recommend you try it, also ask about hosting your events there!

Very cozy atmosphere in the heart of Anjou. Excellent food, excellent service and one of the best restaurants in Anjou.
