I recently dined at Pacini and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and welcoming service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a great ambiance that made me feel right at home. The food was outstanding, with authentic Italian flavors and fresh ingredients that really shone through in every dish. I particularly loved the pasta, which was perfectly cooked and had a rich and flavorful sauce. The drinks were also top-notch, with a great selection of wines and cocktails that perfectly complemented the food. I highly recommend trying the house special cocktail, it was delicious! The only slight hiccup during my visit was the number of kids screaming and running around. Although the restaurant is family-friendly, the noise level was a bit high at times. However, the staff did their best to keep things under control, and it didn't detract too much from the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend Pacini for anyone looking for an amazing Italian meal. The food, drinks, and service were all outstanding, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious menu items!
This Pacini serves as some sort of ghost kitchen for Tok-Tok Langelier as well as Queues de Castor Beavertails. I had to order online and you can either do take out or delivery. The choices are limited compared to the actual stores and the portions are a bit smaller. However, the korean hot dog and beavertail travelled well and stay warm in the packaging as well as tasted delicious.
Love Pacini, they had a great vegan option. I went with Lasagne mille-feuille tomate Rôtis, noix et shiitake and they had a vegan option for it. Vegetarian options: Lasagne mille-feuille option végane
Delightful. Weirdly, it's been 30 years since I ate at a Pacini. The bread grill was still like I remembered, so nice, with different types of butters. And the food was delicious, everyone really enjoyed their meal, and friendly service!
My experience here yesterday night described in one word would be "meh". The bread bar was an interesting idea, but the grill was super dirty, over smoking and the bread was toast lol. I had a moscow mule as a drink and for the price, I was really not impressed. Firstly, my cup was only 2/3 filled, most of it cubed and not crushed ice. You could barely taste the alcohol, the ginger and lime were nowhere to be found. Super watery and unpleasant experience. The service was uber slow, it took over half an hour to get our drinks, including my husband's- which was beer. The meals were really, really basic and way overpriced. I make much better lasagna at home and paying 22$ + tax + tip for a tiny portion with barely any meat and cheese made me feel cheated. The flavors weren't even memorable, no spices or herbs. My husband paid over 40$ for the veal that was super thin and way overcooked. We waited well over 1h15 to be served our meals and were disappointed. We were there for a friend's birthday, but will no be returning. At these prices and waits, the food and drinks needs to exceptional and they were a far cry from that. *EDIT * p.s. following up to say that I was asked to e-mail them about my experience and never even received a response!
This is a real good deal. Have been my first time, I was surprised to see that their minestrone was delicious, as well as the ravioli. They even had a bread bar inside! Mine was whole grain bread with tomato & basil on it. Not gonna lie, this is a must in Montreal. Go check this place out if you want a filling meal. Vegetarian options: Most foods were vegetarian here. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu here with 3 mascot characters.
Delicious italian food, friendly service and comfortable outdoor seating created a fabulous Pacini experience. It was my first time visiting Montreal, and I had never been to this restaurant chain before. Looking for a quick, yet healthy filling lunch option, we stopped at Pacini and we were not disappointed. Our waiter was attentive and friendly and the lunch specials were well-priced and inviting. I had the cod over linguine and my husband had the lasagne both of which were delicious. To compliment the food, there was an open bread bar inside was unexpected, but greatly appreciated.
Saturday night around 8pm - arrived. Waited 10 minutes for server to come over, then another 30 for our food. Poor quality all around and even gave my daughter pepperoni on her pizza when told cheese only. Chicken Romain was disgusting in cliffy sauce that tastes like Asian VH sauce. Very disappointing for the price and the wait.
Sad, went there hoping to have some authentic Italian food, enened up getting stuff from student being exploited, zero taste, ordered spaghetti, got about 3 grams of meat lol ready mades have more stuff and flavor, ordered chicken, eneded up getting meat balls and beef instead, to be honest, the people serving are good but the place trying to be premium is just a rip off selling frozen goods with no ingenuity, don't visit
Good service, happy to see them open and busy this time of year.
