Very very rude, was interrupted many times nd then shut down and hung up on. I was very polite the whole conversation snd received nothing but attitude.
I waited 20 mins on hold, not to bad. But when it came to answering questions, I was able to ask the first 2 and had 4 questions I needed some help with. I was nothing more than nice, I work in customer service as well so I wouldn't get upset with someone performing the same type of job. The customer service rep gave me no option, told me to have a nice day... I asked if I could ask one more question and was told again to have a nice day and hung up on.
I was talking to the agent they were rude to me. I asked a question if the landlord has to give 90 days for rent increase. The agent got rude and said you asked that question before. I told you that before. I wanted to make sure that the information was correct. They sounded like they didn't want to talk to me. Is it not there job to be polite to the public.
I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. Why can't they provide basic service? And always make things more complicated? I feel better to go back to India where we can get quicker service. Can't say this is G 7 country.
Worst customer service experience ever, they do not answer questions. I was hung up on two occasion on separate days last time on hold for 1.5 hours and today after a 2 hour hold. I asked basic questions of who to contact as my hearing was 2 months ago and I am still waiting on an order. Simply Rude. Governments job security shouldn't mean you don't do your job. Their being paid on our taxes and not doing a single thing to help us. I would give them a triple negative review if I could.
Called customer service to clarify what was not made clear on their site. Their phone had a lot of static and I had to ask them to repeat themselves a few times. I was being very polite, used please and thank you and was not in any way being rude or upset. Customer service hung up on me after rudely stating that they had already answered my questions!!! Since when is asking someone nicely to repeat themselves a good reason to get angry and hang up? Isn't this supposedly a customer service rep? So sad that this monolithic sad excuse for a government service is our only option when dealing with landlord tenant disputes. Wish I could give them negative stars.
Sent my Filing Fee months ago, and my landlord decided to do the work on the house within 24hours of my paying. I have requested a refund twice and now I can't even call as they are not accepting phone calls? I am now demanding my refund through this google review.
I thought I would be one of the few to have such a horrific experience but clearly the reviews speak volume on their customer service experience. I called to get clarification on their application that LTB has created but clearly their representatives are not properly trained to take calls and lack basic customer service skills. On two occasions after waiting 45 minutes for each call, both representatives hung up when asked for their names. There is no acknowledgement of the reviews therefore they do not care how poorly their company is rated. CHANGE must be made! This is by far the WORST customer service provided by any company! I am forced to even give them a one star which is truly undeserved.
I have never been so annoyed and frustrated before. It has been over a year since we filed for an eviction and we have yet to even have a court DATE. Because of the VERY slow service we are losing lots of money for something that could be solved with a 30min court date hearing.
I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Everytime I pressed 0 to speak to an agent I was hung up. After 2 days of calling I was finally put on hold. I was on hold for an hour. A woman answered. She talked over me while I calmly and politely tried to explain my issue for about 30 seconds and before I could ask her advice she hung up on me.
